Stephanie's first photography assignment from the New York Institute of Photography was to capture the feeling of speed in her photograph. Being located in Akron, OH - the home of the All American Soap Box Derby, there was no choice but the obvious! As the nations largest amateur downhill racing event, competitors from all over the United States and several countries came to this amazing event!
Using several techniques, she shot over 10 rolls of color photographs. The best of what she captured will be found here.
